I have the same problem for sometime now. It wasn't like this at all at the beginning. I have written to support but the problem is not solved. I have cleared caches many time to exclude caches problem.

I hope I can get suggestion on how to fix it.
I wish I can send gifts to my fellow neighbours!!!
