FAQ on Friendster Wallet and Friendster Coins

    I. What’s the Friendster Wallet?

Friendster Wallet is where you keep your Friendster Coins. You can use Friendster Coins to buy game money/currency. All accounts have wallet by default. You can find your wallet in your account settings at www.friendster.com/account/wallet.

    II. What are Friendster Coins?

Friendster Coins are your money/currency on Friendster. Before you can buy anything inside a game, you must have coins in your wallet first. You can convert these coins to game currencies (like "Point Value" for Boomz and "Diamonds" for War2) and then you can buy any item you want in the game.

III. How to reload my Friendster Wallet?

To reload your Friendster Wallet, go to account settings at www.friendster.com/account/wallet and click "Reload".

    Select payment country
    Select payment channel, then proceed
You'll be informed that you will be taken to another page. Click "Proceed".
Enter your payment details (varies per payment channel)
    Confirm your payment details

IV. What password should I use for wallet transactions?

As a general rule, use whatever the system asks you. If it asks you to enter your password, enter the same password you use to log-in to Friendster. If it asks for the wallet key, use your Wallet Key.

For legacy users (existing users since the old Friendster), use the Wallet Key if you're going to use your wallet for the first time in the new Friendster. Then for succeeding transactions, you must use the same password that you use to log-in to your account.

For new users (users who just recently signed up for the new Friendster), use the same password that you use to log-in to your account.

    V. Forgot wallet key?

If you can't remember your wallet key, please e-mail help@friendster.com. Put "Wallet Key Request" on the subject and include your login e-mail to Friendster. FScoin_v2_100x100-1.jpg

Hi Lotharius! The password (PW) of your FS Wallet (we also call it a Wallet key) is different from your FS account log-in PW. In case you can't remember, you can e-mail help@friendster.com and seek assistance to retrieve your Wallet key. Since you're using your Facebook to log-in, please provide your numeric format Friendster ID. See image below. Please bear as Customer Service may ask further questions for verification to ensure that they will be providing the Wallet key to the right user.

Re: FAQ on Friendster Wallet and Friendster Coins

Hi. Allow me to clarify the following:
    1) The numeric Friendster ID is only provided if you need assistance from help@friendster.com when you're unable to access your Friendster Wallet.
    2) If you choose Facebook as your log-in access to Friendster, you will be redirected to the Facebook sign-in page. Just provide your Facebook e-mail and password. See image below.

    3) If on the same browser you're already logged in Facebook on a different tab, you will automatically see your Friendster avatar page.
    4) If it's your first time to log-in Friendster using Facebook access, you will be redirected to "Request for Permission Friendster App page" on Facebook. Just click Allow. See image below.

By using any of the above mentioned sign-in methods, you shouldn't have any problem accessing your Friendster Wallet and using your Friendster Coins. Just go ahead and click on the gold coin icon. See image below.

On what instances are you unable to use your Coins? When you top-up a game? When you reload Coins? Tell us all about it in detail and send us screenshots of the error notifications at help@friendster.com.
